Library Limits: Regular libraries keep the most recent 30 articles and auto-expire each one after 7 days — saving over 30 quietly drops the oldest first. Supporting RdLtr removes these limitations allowing unlimited library size and retention.

Your Token: Generated automatically for this browser/device. Reuse the same library elsewhere via "Personal Token & Key" under the "Advanced" menu above. Keys are disabled by default, RdLtr supporters can request a key allowing them to lock their library to new uploads unless the key is used, libraries can always be read without a key.

Custom OPDS Links: You can set your own token (16 characters or less) instead of the random one. Note that your articles don't carry over to your new token if you already used the default one, this allows creation of custom libraries for various topics.

Sharing & Access: Anyone with a library's OPDS link can browse and download from it, treat it like a shared folder link. A library with a key set additionally requires that key to save new articles into it; read access is always open.

Large EPUBs: Unusually large articles with images may occasionally fail to convert or embed. These limits are set reasonably high at the moment so you shouldn't run into this problem frequently, if you do simply disable image preservation to get the text only version.
